Day 2. Grateful for the simplicity yet the challenge. I’ve gained a substantial amount of weight in the past 1.5 years and my body is heavy. Grateful for chair exercises that challenge. Love the motivation to take charge of our health. For me, stop making excuses. I make the decisions. Move forward and get stronger or complain. I want to love myself and take care of my temple. Hi, I received the same message. Maybe something was corrupted, because my subscription is ongoing and my credit card is valid and I'v been paying every month. I cancelled my subscription and re-subscribed. So, not sure what is going on with subscriptions, but yes mine was listed as inactive too, though i've been paying all along..?

Thanks Donovan for calling me on the phone. I enjoyed our talk & I'm back on track. Did the broom exercise today 20 minutes. I'm promising myself to exercise at least 4 days a week and I need to loose 20 lbs. No excuses right.. ----Your attitude sparks me to keep it up.. Turning 70 soon & trying to keep a young mind , spirit and joyful attitude. Life is to short to stay stuck. Joan

I’ve been doing chair workouts on YouTube for a couple of weeks now and I loved them so much that I joined today. I am still relatively young but suffer from bad knee’s, so finding these workouts has been such a blessing to me. I am looking forward to increasing my strength in my knee’s and the positive encouragement that Donovan exhumes.

I have one month until my total hip replacement surgery at 51 years young and I am trying to get stronger until then. I just found Donovan 2 weeks ago and I have been missing out! I love the chair workouts, but specifically the 20 minute chair workout for weight loss premiered February 3, 2020 on YouTube. I wish there was a way to find it on here. I hope I can find something similar. Does anyone know of one that is like it?

Some days you just have to give yourself a break. I still did my 3 miles of dog walking and a 30 min strength workout. But I only did 3 small chores and I took myself outside for some vitiamn D and mental health time and finsihed my book. You have to listen to your body. This is what I needed!

    Youtube videos are not meant to be matched to videos on the website. The titles are sometimes different. A for adding information. I will look into what\'s going on.

    I just realized if you just update and in the exercise section put you did an exercise it will list it. It doesn\'t allow you to place the video but at least you will have a record of doing it.

Just Joined ... had trouble last month getting in. I'm almost 70 but still active love the energy Donovan. I ski mountains in the winter occasionally. My bone density is still "good" trying to keep all my numbers good, stay-alive, well, fit and moving. Chair workouts work. joan f ps been a fan for a year

Hi Donovan, I've watched your videos on YouTube and just discovered you have a paid subscription website. I've always been overweight and lost my motivation when I hurt my knee a while back. I've recommitted to myself to finally get the weight off, get healthy(for real) and stay that way. Your videos are helping me stay motivated and active. My midterm goal for 2021 was to be under the max weight for my Kayak so that I could safely go kayaking this summer. Last summer I was 60 lbs over the weight limit *insert horrified face here* I did it! Here I am in the kayak (with my fishing pole) we kayaked across the lake to the dam and back which is 2 miles. I loved every minute of it knowing how hard I worked to get there!!! I have worked through so many physical and mental things to get here. I am not done I still have a long way to go. I am still working out what is an achievable next step goal (I have daily and a long term but I need something to set my sights on to help get me to the long term). I appreciate everything Donovan does and the knowledge I have gained from joining his program!
