Hi, I received the same message. Maybe something was corrupted, because my subscription is ongoing and my credit card is valid and I’v been paying every month. I cancelled my subscription and re-subscribed. So, not sure what is going on with subscriptions, but yes mine was listed as inactive too, though i’ve been paying all along..?
